Hi!
After driving a 20213 BMW1 series for years, I just upgraded to the UX300h. I was impressed in this first week of using it.

  • The ride is so smooth! There is some road noise you can notice, but this is common with UX models, and I like I am a little bit higher;
  • This is the first car where I liked the display. I just love the screen placement;
  • The wireless charger feels a bit underpowered, but it still gets the job done;
  • The tires - are pretty expensive if you ask me (close to $500) considering they last only 21k miles (I bought tire insurance, too);
  • I like the manual is detailed and clear (finally);
  • No glitches at all with the Android Auto
  • The lane assist could be better, but at least the LSS (Lexus Safety System 3.0) adaptive cruise control works fine;
  • I am glad I can use two USB C ports;
  • I am still overwhelmed by the numerous gadgets (this is a good thing);
  • The quality of the mic for phones is wow, which is great for me;
  • I like the change of moving the garage Homelink under the rearview mirror.

So far, I like it. What do you think? I hope you will find this review enough information and valuable. Thanks!

Hey there!
Loved your review of the UX300h, super insightful! Sounds like you’re really enjoying the smooth ride and all the awesome features, huh? It’s great to hear the manual is clear and that the tech is treating you well. It sounds like it’s a solid upgrade from your BMW overall.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

And btw, which trim did you end up going for? Did you snag any sweet discounts?

Congrats on your new car, sir! Ok, the tires are really pricey. wow! Thanks for the detailed review. I think it will help many in their decision to buy or not to buy it. I am curious, though, how are you finding the road noise compared to your old BMW? (I assume you wanted to write 2013, not 2023).

Hey, @Metalhead1, I went with the F Sport trim. I just loved the extra features, especially the sportier look.
As for the discounts, I got a decent trade-in offer on my old BMW and a small dealership bonus. Nothing crazy, but enough to encourage me with the purchase.

@Pampcl34n2000 Haha, yep, I definitely meant 2013, not 2023 😅🤣. As for the road noise, it is more noticeable than in my old BMW, but not enough to have regrets or something. I mean, there are too many things I like about the car, as you have already seen. I think the higher seating position makes it feel different, but I have gotten used to it. Thanks for pointing that out! Anyway, if you think about the UX, it is something to keep in mind.

Great news! Safe rides. And keep posting if something crazy happens with the car, haha! Hopefully, it won't.
