Lexus iPhone app is not compatible with iPhone 13

I have just found out that my iPhone 13 is not compatible with the Lexus iPhone app. Because of this, I can't see the dashcam videos on the computer. Is there any other way to view and save videos on my computer?

You can totally connect your dashcam straight to your computer with a USB cable, or you can just pop out the memory card and use a card reader to grab those videos. Super easy!

I think this issue has been addressed in this forum before. You can try accessing the dashcam videos directly from the vehicle's USB drive if you have one, as you can transfer the files to your computer that way. Otherwise, some users have suggested using a different app or software that can read the video files.

I don't know about the UX, but on my NX, I hold down the volume knob for a few seconds to restart the infotainment system. It's a quick fix when my phone won't connect to Apple CarPlay.
