Connecting and mic issues with Apple Play

Hi, everyone! I need a little bit of help. So, if I use Apple Play, it disconnects whenever someone calls me, and if I answer, the person from the other end can't hear me. I just can't figure out what I am missing. Any thoughts pls? I even can't use my voice control on navigation or anything.

Give your phone and car's system a quick restart to reset that Bluetooth connection. And don’t forget to check if both of them are updated.
