Bluetooth and Phone Options Missing from Screen

I’ve run into an issue, and I’m hoping someone here might have a solution. For some reason, the Bluetooth and Phone options are no longer showing up on my infotainment screen. I’ve been trying to figure out what might be causing this, but I haven’t had much luck so far.

Has anyone else experienced this? I’ve already tried the basics, like restarting the car, checking my phone’s Bluetooth connection, and resetting the infotainment system settings, but nothing seems to bring those back.

I’m not sure if it’s a software glitch, a connection issue, or something else entirely. Before I head to the dealership, I figured I’d reach out here to see if anyone has dealt with this or has any suggestions on what else I can try to fix it.

This might sound funny, you can start by checking your settings to ensure "Bluetooth Power" is still set to "On."
