I had the exact same issue with my UX250H last year! It turned out to be a worn-out exhaust hanger. Replacing it at the dealership stopped the clacking completely, quick fix and minimal cost.

Hi, everyone! I need a little bit of help. So, if I use Apple Play, it disconnects whenever someone calls me, and if I answer, the person from the other end can't hear me. I just can't figure out what I am missing. Any thoughts pls? I even can't use my voice control on navigation or anything.
